RKG has the ability to draw upon personnel, a large team or workforce of experienced specialists from a variety of backgrounds, all of whom have an extensive knowledge and experience of working within complex operations.

Access to a database of over 15,000 allows us to provide highly trained and experienced personnel, on an “as required” basis thereby providing key workforce personnel to specific industries who are well trained, disciplined and fully qualified, be it technicians or specific trades.

Whenever we provide manpower to our clients, we always embed members of our senior management. Due to our understanding that efficiency quickly suffers without the correct levels of command and control, we embed these key personnel to ensure that our reputation for hard work and efficiency to get any task over the line, remains intact, setting us above any competition.

Our access to service leavers also allows us to provide specific key individual personnel as opposed to large scale workforce, who bring an added benefit of their access to the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS), where potential employment candidates have access to training funds to assist in the transition from military to civilian life. This can be a key benefit to employers, as they have the opportunity to assist and guide any potential candidates for employment into training that could benefit both the future employee and the employer by ensuring specific courses are attended or qualifications gained with a contribution made by the scheme.
